I believe true leadership is about rolling up your sleeves and building what matters—systems, teams, and solutions that make a real difference. My passion is rooted in solving complex challenges, not just for organizations, but for the people they serve: patients, clients, and communities.

Today, as CTO at Future Capital, I'm focused on wealth and retirement convergence—bringing workplace savings and private wealth management together so individuals, advisors, and institutions can work from a unified view of the financial picture. We're building the technology that connects these two worlds to drive better individual outcomes: clearer guidance, professional management, and a confident path from saving to retirement.

My blockchain work runs deep. I've been involved in crypto and distributed-ledger technology since Bitcoin's early days. As an advisor from inception, I helped shape Apache ResilientDB (Incubating)—a first-of-its-kind, high-throughput blockchain fabric—across system design, industry requirements, commercialization, and government funding. That work continues today as the project advances within the Apache Software Foundation. More recently, I've led stablecoin research and development, including StableBank—institutional-grade settlement, compliance, and clearing infrastructure with a live demo on Railway and open source on GitHub.

Previously, I founded and led TeleMeet from concept to acquisition, reimagining digital engagement for highly regulated industries. My approach is always hands-on, blending strategic vision with the grit to deliver results that last.

For me, this work is more than a career—it's a calling. I thrive at the intersection of technology and human impact, driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to doing things the right way.

I'm equally passionate about giving back. As an educator and mentor, I've led programs in AI, robotics, and entrepreneurship, believing that innovation starts with empathy, inclusion, and empowering the next generation.
